Booking Rules and Refund Policies

Bookings

Book safely and securely using your credit card and avoid added site fees.  All guests will be emailed a rental agreement and a link to a welcome guide. First payment equal to 50% up front and remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival.   Renters must be at least 25 years of age to secure a booking. Maximum occupancy is listed under the property link,  No parties are allowed. No smoking and no pets. All trash must be taken to community compactor at end of the stay.

Refunds

Guest receives full refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.  You can also purchase travel and trip insurance at check out for an added level of security to cover any last minute cancellations due to unforseen circumstances.
