The condo is child friendly offering a safe 1rst floor.
Minimum Down Payment of 25%, final payment due 3 days prior to arrival - FREE CANCELLATION- 100% refund if cancelled at least 24hrs of arrival.
**Please note that the condo is OCEAN FRONT but beach access is about 200 meters from property. A quick 2 minute walk.

About the Owner
My wife Wanda and I love the cool Caribbean breeze, laid back lifestyle, culture and food of the island. We look forward to a full time retirement there one day, but in the meantime would like to share our home with you.
